We are delighted to have you join our family of Consignors. Consignment commission checks are written by the 10th of the month for sales made in the previous month.
IN ORDER FOR YOUR DRESS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR CONSIGNMENT, IT MUST BE BROUGHT IN:

- IN WEARABLE CONDITION -
- NO STAINS OR TEARS -
WE DO NOT TAKE DRESSES IN PRESERVATION BOXES. YOU MUST REMOVE THE DRESS YOURSELF TO BE CONSIDERED.
When an item is sold, the Consignor is paid 50% of the selling price, minus any charges for cleaning. The Consignment Contract is for 90 days and begins when the item is put on the sales floor. To reflect the current market price and demand, the Consignor may set the price of the item and Once Upon A Bride reserves the right to reduce the item 15% after 30 days and an additional 15% after 60 days.
It is the sole responsibility of the Consignor to note the expiration date of items and pick up any unsold items BEFORE the expiration of the Consignment Contract. After the expiration, any unsold or unclaimed items become the property of Once Upon A Bride and may be sold or disposed of at our discretion. ***CONSIGNORS WILL NOT BE CONTACTED AND REMINDED OF THEIR ITEM’S EXPIRATION DATE.***
Consignor attests to the authenticity of all items and has not knowingly requested a resale of counterfeit items. Items deemed counterfeit will either be returned to the Consignor for a $50 fee or discarded. Consignor also certifies that they soley own the items and item is free and clear of any liens or encumbrances.
We will do our best to protect your items but we are not liable or responsible, under any circumstances, for any type of loss or damage, including theft or fire.
Consignment items may be dropped off during business hours and will not be released for sale until we have a consignment contract in effect.
